Seating system in solid wood with dovetail joints, joints are defined as all those practices capable of making an assembly more stable and more resistant. This “practice” has very ancient origins, ranging from the use of nails and screws to the more modern joining of wooden pieces with multiple joints.

The dovetail joint belongs to the family of multiple joints because it is composed of complementary elements (tenons and mortises). It is particularly suitable for all those elements subjected to continuous stress and also for all right angle joints. Unlike the pin, the dovetail joint has greater strength due to its trapezoidal teeth, which are difficult to separate.
